TRU Hospitality Services and Retail Group was established under the umbrella of Istanbul Airport to manage a wide range of guest-facing functions — including food and beverage operations, hotel management, urban HORECA operations, in-flight catering, lounge management, and event organization — with the aim of exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

With a mission to promote Turkish hospitality to the world, TRU offers a rich gastronomic experience each day to thousands of visitors at the terminal, featuring everything from the unique flavors of Anatolia to beloved dishes from global cuisine. The Group aims to strengthen its leadership in the sector by adapting to the growing trends of the food and beverage industry.

At the heart of its operations is a 1,500 m² Main Production Kitchen, which ensures consistency, efficiency, and quality across all service points. Currently serving 2.5 million passengers, TRU continues to scale its operations with a strong focus on innovation and excellence. Positioned firmly at the growth stage, the Group is expanding its reach and capabilities to further enhance the airport experience and set new benchmarks in global hospitality.
